The Hoochery Distillery is
OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND. Roll up for a guided tour, then stay on for a piece of our famous
Ord River Rum Cake and a Coffee or Tea. Also, you must come out and view
"Desert Sirens" a mural by Kimberley Kohan.
Hoochery Hours
are 7 days a week:
Daily 9am to 4pm
Distillery Tours run
at 11am and 2pm
Wet Season Hours (1st October to 30th April) are:
Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
Saturday 9am - Noon
DISTILLERY TOURS
Tours of our distillery are
$10.00
for adults (children are free)
You will be taken on a 30 minute tour of a working still and
the production area.*

FARM TOURS
A 2 hour, guided tour around a fully operational irrigation property in the Ord
Irrigation Area, explaining the past and present of agriculture in the
Ord.
A detailed description on irrigation systems, soil types and various crops including Sugarcane, Sandalwood
Forestry, Hybrid Seed Production and Horticulture
