Sorghum has an interesting history as an ancient grain, naturally gluten-free, and native to Australia. While you don’t often see it turn up too often in distilling these days, rest assured, people have been making hooch with this for a long long time.

Not to be confused with our Ord Valley Sorghum & Corn Whiskey, this time, we decided to do a single grain mash of just the Sweet Sorghum to really let folks see the true flavours of this ancient grain.

Think way more nutty, raisin & toffee vibes, chocolate, playful, and just fun. A world away from serious peated whiskeys — our Single Grain Sweet Sorghum  whiskey is more of a party. One you may decide to share with friends. Or not.

In true limited-release fashion, we made a really tiny batch of 378 bottles. Bottle once then gone forever.
