A Rum Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar that is like no other! Whilst balsamic vinegar is made by aging in wooden barrels, we’ve given the process a distinct Hoochery twist by ageing our balsamic in ex-rum barrels to add more complexity to the flavour. Pair that with our unique tropical climate, which works its wonders, expanding and contracting wooden barrels, and wowee!
