Genuine paddock to bottle. A unique mash of sorghum & corn, grown on our family farm. Aged in the tropics, this single-barrel selection of rich, creamy whiskey has notes of cherry & chocolate and flavours expressive of our remarkable provenance.

Sorghum has an interesting history as an ancient grain, naturally gluten-free, and native to Australia. While you don’t often see it turn up too often in distilling these days, rest assured, people have been making hooch with this for a long long time.

Not to be confused with our Ord Valley Sorghum & Corn Whiskey, this time, we did it backwards and brought the sorghum forwards. Make sense? Same same, but different. Think way more nutty, cherry ripe/rocky road vibes, chocolate, playful, and just fun. A world away from serious peated whiskeys — our Sorghum & Corn whiskey is more of a party. One you may decide to share with friends. Or not.
