For years, we’ve been growing corn and sorghum on our family farm, just behind the Hoochery, always thinking that one day it would be great to make something special from the grains ourselves. Well, that day came — and the result is a whiskey that is truly our own.
The corn and sorghum spirits are separately barrel-aged before being carefully blended together. The sorghum brings rich, nutty chocolate flavours, while the corn adds soft, fresh fruit notes, creating a beautifully balanced modern Australian whiskey.
From the paddock, to the barrel, to the bottle — a whiskey genuinely expressive of where we come from.
