The Rum Barrel-Aged Caramelised Mango Balsamic Vinegar Splash uses our core Balsamic Vinegar and takes the process a step further for an even more complex glaze. Using locally grown Kimberley mangoes, we soak them in Hoochery rum and then infuse them into our balsamic splash while it ages in Hoochery ex-rum barrels. The tropical climate then works its wonders, expanding and contracting wooden barrels while the vinegar sleeps. The result is a balsamic vinegar full of rich layers and unlike anything you’ve ever tried before!
